Doug Adams found the inspiration for his art during his 30-year tenure at an industrial steel mill. He became entranced by the process of using recycled metal to make a new, useable and beautiful product. Doug masterfully combines reclaimed steel parts, priceless antiques and glass elements to create sculptures of astounding visual and aural beauty. Each unique environment will have an effect on the sound and resonance.
Doug passed his love of creating bell sculptures to his 14 year old son Ryan. Ryan is now 17 and has been creating alongside his dad for 4 years.
