Dianne has been a self employed artist for over 35 years. She has found much success showing and selling her work and winning many awards. In the last few years she resurrected her old paper making supplies that she had dabble din over 30 years ago and started creating recycled handmade paper art. She takes old newspapers, magazines, junk mail, fabric scraps, along with dried flower petals and various plant materials that she shreds, blends and molds into beautiful pieces of paper. Then there is the process of cutting , gluing, and painting the paper to create her unique paper art pieces.
Just as the paper is carefully created with several different elements, so are our lives woven together, all of us are making a difference with our diverse talents, abilities, strengths, and personalities. We all add to the weave, color, strength and diversity of the final product. No matter how great or small it may be, we all make a difference. Dianne's work is currently shown at art galleries in Utah and Arizona.
